The colour actually makes the inside feel really cosy and calm, which is lovely because sometimes they just sit in there quietly reading or playing with small toys. Other times it turns into a full adventure headquarters with maps and treasure hunts. Watching them invent all these little games inside the is one of my favourite things now. It reminds me so much of the blanket forts we used to build when I was a kid. Ours was cooler needless to say
I’ll be honest… when the tent arrived I thought it would be another played with once then forgotten toy. I was very wrong 😂. Within about five minutes he had dragged half his toys inside. Now every evening he disappears into it for what “mission time”. Sometimes he reads inside, sometimes he pretends he’s exploring planets 🌌. The darker colour actually works really nicely too because it makes the inside feel calmer and a bit more enclosed compared to brighter tents. As a parent, anything that gets a kid using imagination instead of asking for a tablet every ten minutes is a great.
The colour is actually really lovely feels warm rather than bright and flashy. Looks better than way more expensive tents i bought before
OKAY I need to say this because I was NOT expecting the brown tent to become the centre of our living room life 😂😂. When it arrived I thought “cute, the kids will play with it for a few days”… nope. My two boys basically declared it their base and now it’s a whole situation. Blankets, pillows, stuffed animals, flashlights, the works.
What I actually love about the brown colour is it doesn’t look crazy bright or plastic-y in the house. It blends in a bit more with the room which is nice when toys normally scream COLOUR everywhere. They use it for everything reading, pretend camping, building Lego worlds inside it. Honestly the amount of imagination that comes out of that little tent is wild. One minute they’re explorers, next minute they’re running a “snack shop” inside it and charging me pretend money for crackers. If something keeps kids busy WITHOUT screens for hours?? big win in my book.
My kids disappear inside this tent for hours. Best sign that it’s working. Lol
My daughter calls it her “quiet castle.” ❤️😍
Play tents are wonderful for encouraging imaginative play! In our classroom the tent becomes everything from a puppet theatre to a reading nook. Even if it's not used, it's cool and relaxing to look at
The tent is set up in the playroom and the grandchildren use it constantly. Sometimes it’s a cave, sometimes a house, sometimes a shop. Their imagination does the rest.
The kids turned it into a spaceship the first day. Now it changes into something different every week. 😂honestly as long as they're not asking to borrow my phone to play on it, that's a great win
The grandchildren call it Nanna’s tent house. They spend ages inside pretending it’s a shop or a castle. They told their parents about it and I showed this store. The array of choices was paralysing haha so many cool tents to choose from!
All three of my kids use this tent differently. One reads inside it, another builds little Lego worlds, and the youngest mostly crawls in with stuffed toys. It’s nice having a space that encourages imagination without screens. I feel like I cracked the code y'all 😁
I tried out this play tent for our classroom reading corner, as some children focus better when they feel a bit sheltered from the rest of the room. Students take turns using it as a quiet reading space and it has worked surprisingly well. Recommended
I bought the play tent thinking it would mostly be used for pretend games, but it turned into something much more. My daughter treats it like her own little clubhouse. Haha. She drags pillows and books inside and sits there for ages reading or drawing.
My son goes into the tent with his fidget toys when things feel too loud. Love it! Customer service was superb too
Sleep has never been easier. a mate at work told me to get a tent for the bed. never heard of such a thing before! Went on google and found this shop. Pretty straightforward, delivery was quicker than expected. coupla nights later I cant recommend it enough
my daughter has ADHD and sometimes everything just gets too loud for her. The tent is a total life saver, nothing else worked before
We placed the sensory tent in a corner of the room and explained that it’s a quiet space anyone can use when they feel overstimulated. Several students with autism now use the tent regularly usually stay for five or ten minutes before returning to class activities. Works well and is quite durable
Honestly, great find! Delivery was fast too and the customer service *chef's kiss
Both of my kids actually use it .one has ADHD and the other just likes quiet time. It’s become a little calm corner in our living room.
The pop-up tent works well because it’s portable and easy to set up!!! I bought so many others that are just way more tedious
Honestly this tent is used every single day in our house. My daughter with ADHD goes inside with a book and it helps her calm down when she’s overstimulated.
I’ve recommended similar environments to several families because the enclosed structure helps reduce visual stimulation while still feeling safe and accessible. One child I work with now uses the tent as part of their daily emotional regulation routine. 5 stars for me
Deliveree took too long
